Life is not always easy.  Sometimes it can feel incredibly difficult.  Maybe you are suffering from anxiety, depression or you are feeling sad and don't really understand why. Maybe there are relationships issues that are problematic for you. Other common problems that bring people to therapy are family issues, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), addictions and problems around separation and divorce.  Whether you have a specific problem you want to work on or a more general unease with yourself or your life I offer a safe, empathic, non-judgemental space where you can be fully heard and acknowledged and we can work together on your problems.

I offer both short term counselling where we would focus on a specific problem or longer term, psychotherapy that explores the deeper, more unconscious patterns that may be making life difficult. I work with both individuals and couples.
